Rental Policies

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in is 2:30 pm on your arrival date.
• Check-out is 10:00 am on your departure date.

Damage Responsibilities & Deposits

• You are responsible for any broken items or damages beyond normal wear and tear.
• Damage waiver insurance is available. Please contact us for details.
• Deposit for damage insurance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• The renter can cancel 60 days prior to their stay without any penalty or fee.
• Less than 60 days, the renter loses their deposit unless we can rent the unit for their dates. If that is the case, the full deposit will be returned.
• All cancellations must be made in writing to be binding.
• All cancellation refunds will be sent in check-form, less administrative fees, 6-8 weeks after date of cancellation.
